To ensure you receive the e-mails you have requested from this newsroom, there are several actions you might take inside your organization.
1) Many media outlets use a "spam filter." If your organization uses a Spam filter, it is prudent to add us to your "Safe List," also known as a "White List."

2) If you have opted for HTML e-mails (as opposed to text-only e-mails), ensure that your e-mail servers accept HTML e-mails.
In both cases, you may need to contact your network administrator, or MIS personnel. To save time, you can copy and paste this section into an e-mail, and FORWARD it to your network administrator or MIS personnel.
NOTE: We NEVER sends e-mail with attachments (a common characteristic which often causes e-mails to be blocked).
